PUBLIC NOTICE // Red Hill Road & Creekside Manor Resident(s): June 18, 2026 Franklin Township Red Hill Road & Creekside Manor Resident(s): A SURVEY AND LETTER WILL BE MAILED TO YOU THE WEEK OF JUNE 29, 2026 As you may know, Franklin Township is faced with the need to continue improving the drainage of Red Hill Road between Indian Hill Road and Long Run Road. The Township is applying for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds through the Carbon County Board of Commissioners for fiscal year 2026 for this project. In order to qualify for the CDBG Funds, it is necessary to conduct a survey to obtain certain demographic information of those households in the project area, benefiting from this project. If you receive a survey, please complete, sign and mail it back to our office by Friday, July 24, 2026 in the enclosed envelope. This survey must be done every 5 years. The previous survey has expired. To continue improvements on Red Hill Road, a new survey is being conducted. We cannot stress enough the importance of your cooperation in completing and signing this survey. All households must complete the survey in order for CDBG funds to be utilized to continue the drainage improvements on Red Hill Road. We appreciate the time taken to complete the survey and look forward to the Township being successful in utilizing CDBG funds for this important project. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at 610-377-1773 or David Bodnar, Director of The Carbon County Office of Planning & Development at 570-325-3671. Sincerely, Franklin Township
